It's easy! You can simply submit your inquiry using the Contact Us tab in the Support section or send an email directly to support@gamefly.com. We will promptly respond within 12 to 24 hours from submission. Our e-mail support is available to you seven days a week:
  • Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Central Time
  • Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time
If you would like, you are welcome to chat with us online. Our chat support is available Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can find the chat feature on the My Account page under the Billing History, Rental History and Purchase History pages.
